WINE MAKING / MATURING
Produced from the Hamburg Black Muscat variety which is in controlled maturation.
It is fermented at low temperatures of 15-17 ° C in stainless steel tanks.

Stopping the alcoholic fermentation when the desired alcoholic strength is reached.
Transfusion and freezing of the tank.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
A cool, light, cheerful, semi-sparkling wine. With an alcohol content of 6%. Its color is light pink. On the nose it gives natural aromas of roses and white flowers.
In the mouth it tastes rich and harmonious with a discreet acidity, pleasant and exuberant taste, accompanied by a gentle foam.
It is served frozen, accompanied by a number of gastronomic options or alone at any time of the day.
